Problem with USB in SS-7

Hi!
I have recently bought an ultrasound scanner, SonoStar SS-7. (24/06/2014)
It cannot save imagens on usb. Every time I tried it a message "no usb..." apears. I have tried with several kinds of usb devices and format and no one works.
No changes restoring the preset values.

I received a new scanner yesterday. I tried to configure it and got into trouble. Now the scanner is not working. No picture or welcome screen. I need restore software or CD for repairs
