SS-10C RECEIVED BUT NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,

I bought from Mr. Cai, a ss-10c scan in a box (b scan). It came by DHL and arrived last friday.
I have been trying to make it work since than. I also have been in contact with mr. Cai, and we tryied every thing possible.
Mr. Cai thinks that could be a cable issue.
I want technical assistence direct from your engeneer.
First of all: this product uses USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 (because these are very different especifications).
Second: It was said that the product was tested before. But do you test the cable? I also tested the same equipment with other usb 2.0 cable I have here and got the same results.
